After your AM skincare (serums, moisturizer, etc.), dispense a liberal amount (usually ~ 2 mg/cm² standard)

Apply evenly over face and neck ~15 minutes before sun exposure

Reapply every 2 hours, or after sweating, swimming, or towel-drying

Use a mild cleanser / double cleanse in the evening to fully remove
