Use in the evening after cleansing and toning:

Apply a pea-sized amount over the face, avoiding eye and lip areas.

Massage gently until fully absorbed.

Start 2–3 times per week if new to retinal, increasing as skin builds tolerance. Use sunscreen during the day.
